Can I get a refund?

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered. Since digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," we are unable to process refunds after delivery.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using a purchased product, contact us and we will work to resolve the problem.

How long does delivery take?

Digital products are delivered immediately after payment confirmation. You will receive your product via email with download links or repository access, typically within minutes of purchase.

Custom builds (Professional and Enterprise tiers) have longer delivery timelines that are discussed during the intake process.

Do you take custom requests?

Yes! We build custom AI skills, personas, and tools tailored to your specific needs. Custom work is available through our Professional ($1,999) and Enterprise ($4,999) service tiers.

What payment methods do you accept?

We process payments securely through Stripe, which accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay where available.

Can I upgrade my service tier?

Yes. If you've purchased a Starter tier product and want to upgrade to Professional or Enterprise, contact us and we'll credit your original purchase toward the upgrade price.
